Brainy Prices for Retailers

What we ask from you

Nothing new. Send the feed you already have, in any format:

• a Google Merchant Center feed (XML or TSV);
• a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) catalogue (CSV);
• a Shopify product export (CSV or JSON);
• a CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx) file you already produce.

Reply to prices@brainy.ae with a link to the file or the file as an attachment. A link must point to the file itself, not to a web page. A link that updates by itself is best: we read it again so prices and stock stay current.

Before anything goes live, we send you a short written permission listing the uses you allow, one by one. You confirm it by email, and you can say no to any of them.

What we do with it

• We normalise it into one record per product: barcode (GTIN), brand, product name, pack size and unit, price in AED, availability, your product page link and an image. We do not change your prices.
• We show it on Brainy Prices with a link to your store. Every price shows its date and «price provided by» your store.
• We serve it to AI assistants through our API and MCP server, which are listed in the official MCP Registry, Glama and Smithery. We are also preparing an app for ChatGPT; whether and when it becomes available depends on OpenAI's review.
• We publish an agent-ready file of your products in schema.org Product format on prices.brainy.ae, naming your store as the source, if you allow it.
• We prepare a file in OpenAI's product feed format for you to upload to OpenAI yourself, if you want it. We never upload it for you.

The terms, in short

• Free. No fees and no commission.
• Not exclusive. Send the same feed to anyone else.
• Stop at any time. Email us and we stop showing and serving your products within 48 hours.
• Only what you send. We do not scrape your website. Your feed should contain product data only, never customer or personal data.
• Your data, your responsibility. You remain responsible for the prices and details you send. We show each price with its date and send shoppers to your store to buy.

Questions retailers ask

Will you compare my prices with other stores? If other stores also send the same product, it can appear next to theirs, always with each store's own date and link. Nobody can pay for a better position.

Do you sell anything or take orders? No. Shoppers buy on your website. We do not take orders or payments, and prices.brainy.ae has no affiliate links.

What about the prices you used to read from store websites? We paused comparing supermarket prices on 2 October 2026 while we ask stores for permission. Sending your own feed is the way to appear again, on your terms.

How fast does it go live? We reply by email to confirm what we received, and we confirm again before your products go live.
